Discover the requirements

We will work closely with you to determine what your requirements and data needs are before we start a telemarketing campaign with you. We will look at things like the volume of desired outcomes, quality of your existing data, compliance with local regulations, desired data format and data structure before we advance to the next step.

Agree the target audience

Once we have determined what data is required, we will look at narrowing down the data pool by profiling it to your desired target audience. We will work with you to identify the sector, seniority, position, location, and contact method for your new data. This enables us to get new data that is much more likely to convert then if we went for a blanket approach.

Source the data

Now that we know what we are looking for, we will reach out to our data providers to source the new data. We work with a collection of reputable provides who specialise in their field and are GDPR compliant. We will collect samples of their data and review it, and then advise which one we think will work best for your campaign. Any data we license from the provider will be licensed on your behalf and the agreement will be between you and the end provider.

By working with different provides it enables us to find the best profile match for that specific campaign. The data we source is only sourced from reputable providers who are specialist in their field.

  • When we source data, it will be on your behalf. This means the data will be licensed to you, not us.

    The data we source will be licensed according to the requirements agreed during the briefing process we have with you. For example, if you only plan on a short telemarketing campaign, the data will only be licensed for a short period of time and for phone use only. If your campaign includes multiple channels and is planned for a longer duration, a long-term license that allows for multichannel use will apply.

  • Yes. When we licence the data, it will be licensed to you, not us. This means if the license allows, you can use it for other marketing campaigns and activities.
